spacious room great access quiet environment
I stayed in a very spacious room. The location offers GREAT access to malls and restaurants. Housekeeping maintained super clean cleanliness and tidiness. The room provided a quiet and restful environment FOR sleep.
The hotel design included a bathroom glass door. It allowed water to leak onto the floor.

a solid choice for my trip
soft pillows bed comfort attentive staff large pool
The pillows felt wonderfully soft, i appreciated the bed's comfort too. mr m durai looked after my room very well, he listened to my preferences and attended to my needs. the soak tub was good. I enjoyed it as the name implied. the swimming pool was large and well-kept.
The service at reception was a little slow. I had to wait a bit longer than expected for assistance.

Acceptable stay, some issues
big swimming pool breakfast option ideal location rude service electrical outlet phone charging
the swimming pool area was big. I liked the location near Orchard road. the botanical gardens WERE a 15-minute walk and Raffles was 40 minutes away. The breakfast had many options.
the service at the reception was horrifying! I requested to speak to the manager and received an equally rude response. I did not find electrical outlets near the bed. There was no way to charge a phone overnight.
